Program Manager – Elderly Homes (Old Homes)

We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager – Old Homes to lead our eldercare programs with empathy and excellence.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of elderly care homes.
• Organize medical check-ups, recreation and support services.
• Foster a respectful and caring environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of elderly care facilities.
• Implement programs for health, recreation, and psychological support.
• Ensure safe, clean, and friendly environments for residents.
• Coordinate with medical personnel and volunteers.
• Handle grievances, family communication, and legal formalities.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Geriatrics, Social Work or Nursing conditions.
• Experience in eldercare or senior citizen programs preferred.
• Degree in Geriatrics, Nursing, or Social Work.
• At least 5 years in senior citizen care or geriatric program management.
• Excellent empathy, patience, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of age-related health issues and legal frameworks.
• First aid certification or medical training is a plus.
