Grants/Donations Officers

Organization: RWF Trust

RWF Trust is seeking motivated and results-driven Grants/Donations Officers for each of the following welfare programs:

• Health
• Education
• Poverty Alleviation
• Capacity Building
• Sponsorship Program
• Orphanage Services
• Old Homes for the Elderly
• Low-Cost Housing
• Sports Talent Hunt

These officers will be responsible for generating funds through local and international grants, individual and corporate donations, and by promoting the organization’s membership card program tailored to their assigned segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply for grants from local and international donors.
• Cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and CSR partners.
• Organize community fundraising campaigns and outreach events.
• Sell and promote segment-specific membership cards to individuals and businesses.
• Prepare compelling proposals, donor updates, and reports.
• Coordinate with program teams to showcase impact and needs.
• Maintain accurate donor databases and track all fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Development Studies, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of fundraising, sales, or nonprofit marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of donor mapping, proposal writing, and local fundraising trends.
• Energetic, persuasive, and able to engage communities and businesses effectively.
• Experience in organizing awareness events or local fundraising campaigns is a plus.
