RWF Trust is inviting applications for the role of National Program Controller, a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all development programs across the Trust’s key segments: Health, Education, Poverty Alleviation, Capacity Building, Sponsorship Programs, Orphanage Management, Elderly Care, Low-Cost Housing, and Sports Talent Hunt.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional (male or female) with a strong background in program design, execution, and evaluation within the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all program managers and ensure smooth functioning of each program segment.
  • Develop national-level strategies, budgets, and performance frameworks.
  • Monitor KPIs across all programs and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  • Serve as the key liaison with donors, government bodies, and partner organizations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic oversight to all program segments and their teams.
  • Develop national-level implementation frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and monitoring systems across all departments.
  • Facilitate inter-program coordination, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Represent the Trust in meetings with stakeholders, donors, and regulators.
  • Prepare periodic reports and strategic recommendations for trustees/board.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the development/nonprofit sector.
  • Proven expertise in multi-program management, donor engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Project Management.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in multi-sector development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and complex portfolios.
  • Expertise in M&E systems, donor reporting, and institutional development.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
