Program Manager – Capacity Building

We’re hiring a Program Manager – Capacity Building to lead programs that enhance the skills and abilities of individuals and community-based organizations.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training workshops and mentorship programs.
• Strengthen NGO/community partner capabilities.
• Evaluate impact of capacity building efforts.
• Develop training modules for internal teams and community partners.
• Coordinate capacity enhancement workshops, conferences, and e-learning modules.
• Identify gaps in organizational and individual performance.
• Maintain a database of trained individuals and follow up on outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Monitoring & Evaluation, and external trainers.

Requirements:

• Background in Organizational Development, Training, or HR.
• 5+ years experience in training or development programs.
• Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
• 5–8 years of training, coaching, or leadership development experience.
• Expertise in adult learning methodologies and participatory training tools.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and content development skills.
• Knowledge of monitoring impact through training feedback mechanisms.
