We’re hiring a Program Manager – Capacity Building to lead programs that enhance the skills and abilities of individuals and community-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training workshops and mentorship programs.
- Strengthen NGO/community partner capabilities.
- Evaluate impact of capacity building efforts.
- Develop training modules for internal teams and community partners.
- Coordinate capacity enhancement workshops, conferences, and e-learning modules.
- Identify gaps in organizational and individual performance.
- Maintain a database of trained individuals and follow up on outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, Monitoring & Evaluation, and external trainers.
Requirements:
- Background in Organizational Development, Training, or HR.
- 5+ years experience in training or development programs.
- Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
- 5–8 years of training, coaching, or leadership development experience.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies and participatory training tools.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and content development skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring impact through training feedback mechanisms.
