Program Manager – Low-Cost Housing

We are hiring a visionary Program Manager – Low-Cost Housing to drive affordable housing solutions for low-income families.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of housing projects.
• Work with architects, builders, and government authorities.
• Ensure quality, cost control, and beneficiary satisfaction.
• Plan, supervise, and deliver affordable housing projects.
• Prepare budgets, architectural plans, and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, local authorities, and beneficiaries.
• Promote community ownership and sustainable living models.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Urban Planning.
• 5+ years in housing or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or housing projects.
• Strong project management and budgeting expertise.
• Familiarity with low-income housing schemes and rural construction.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and reporting skills.
