Program Manager – Orphanage Services

RWF Trust is looking for a compassionate Program Manager – Orphanage to manage care, wellbeing, and development of orphaned children under our protection.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure holistic development of children in our orphanages.
• Supervise caretaking staff and educational programs.
• Develop rehabilitation and adoption strategies.
• Manage residential facilities, staff, and child wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop individual care and development plans for children.
• Organize extracurricular, educational, and counselling activities.
• Maintain records, child progress reports, and legal documentation.
• Liaise with child protection agencies and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Background in Child Psychology, Social Work or Education.
• Minimum 5 years in child welfare organizations.
• Degree in Child Psychology, Social Work, or Education.
• 5+ years in orphanage, child protection, or foster care services.
• Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and child rights.
• Proven team leadership and crisis management abilities.
• Excellent administrative and safeguarding knowledge.
