RWF Trust invites applications for Program Manager – Poverty Alleviation, a pivotal role in developing community-level strategies to combat poverty.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Implement livelihood and microfinance projects.
• Collaborate with local partners for skill-building.
• Monitor financial empowerment initiatives.
• Design and implement community-driven poverty reduction models.
• Establish microcredit, vocational training, and job placement programs.
• Partner with financial institutions and local businesses for income generation.
• Monitor outcomes through field visits and data analysis.
• Build awareness on financial literacy and self-employment opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work, Economics, or Development Studies.
• At least 5 years in poverty reduction or community development.
• Degree in Development Studies, Economics, or Social Work.
• 5–7 years of experience in poverty-focused NGOs or government programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess community needs and outcomes.
• Proficient in stakeholder coordination and community mobilization.
• Able to manage large field teams and work in low-resource settings.
