Program Manager – Sponsorship Programs

Join us as Program Manager – Sponsorship, managing child and family sponsorship initiatives to provide access to education, healthcare, and better living standards.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sponsor relations and beneficiary communications.
• Maintain accurate records and impact reports.
• Ensure transparency and ethical use of funds.
• Manage and grow the child/family sponsorship portfolio.
• Ensure transparent and timely communication with sponsors and beneficiaries.
• Create compelling sponsor reports and update stories.
• Develop SOPs to ensure ethical fund utilization.
• Monitor academic, health, and social development of sponsored individuals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences or Program Management.
• Experience in donor/sponsor-funded projects is a must.
• Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or Development Studies.
• At least 5 years in donor or child sponsorship roles.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of CRM/sponsorship tracking systems is a plus.
