Calling all sports enthusiasts! We need a Program Manager – Sports Talent Hunt to scout and nurture underprivileged youth with sports potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize local and regional talent identification camps.
• Collaborate with sports academies and coaches.
• Develop training and sponsorship pathways.
• Organize regional scouting programs to identify athletic talent.
• Design training schedules, fitness plans, and mentorship frameworks.
• Build partnerships with sports academies and federations.
• Manage sports equipment inventory and performance evaluations.
• Create pathways for professional exposure and sponsorships.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sports Management or Physical Education.
• Experience in youth development or sports programs.
• Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in youth sports development or coaching.
• Strong organizational and team-handling skills.
• Understanding of national and regional sports structures.
• Energetic, youth-friendly approach with a passion for sports.
